It is the buyer’s obligation to check the order at the time of purchase before signing or making payment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in Euros. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the site was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you to pay the difference if the actual cost is higher or refund the difference if it is lower. In the event that any further payment is requested by MRI, if it is not received within 90 days of the request date, MRI has the right to terminate the purchase, dispose of the goods and retain the monies paid as compensation for material costs, production, storage and disposal.
Full payment is required on ordering. As soon as the funds are received, the order is placed with the contractor and is non-transferable.
Pricing for our packages is provided to us as a complete package price by our contractors based upon what is to be supplied as standard by the vendor in the property purchase. We are unable to provide an itemised breakdown of individual item pricing.
Order Lead Times
Our order lead times are given as an approximate duration, not a guaranteed lead time to be expected, based on current volume when you provide written notification that title deeds have been signed. Every effort will be taken to fulfil the order within that time. We will not sacrifice quality for time in building your furniture, understand that production may take place in another country, is shipped as freight and as a result delays may occur which are out of our control, therefore we cannot give exact installation dates.
MRI continuously monitors the performance of all our contractors and as such we reserve the right to change contractors at any time without prior notification. Details of our contractors are private and confidential and will not be disclosed under any circumstances.
Arrival & Delivery
MRI cannot and will not arrange the installation of furniture packages before the signing of title deeds has taken place between the developer and the purchaser, under any circumstances.
In the event of a package order being completed and the customer can not take delivery of the furniture into the property it was ordered for within a maximum of 12 months from either the estimated completion date or the date to order was placed, MRI may terminate the purchase, dispose of the goods and retain the monies paid as compensation for material costs, production, storage and disposal.
Liability
Under no circumstances will MRI Overseas Property be liable for:
· Any changes to the order in the event of any change in specification of the property itself which would affect the installation or necessity of the furniture pack or any part thereof.
· Delays in delivery or installation or loss of income incurred as a result of any delay in completion of the development, signing of title deeds or termination of the property purchase which are attributable to the property vendor, purchaser or any other situation outside of the control of MRI Overseas Property or our contractors.
· Any goods after delivery and installation as it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure they have contents insurance prior to delivery and installation.
· For any loss of income or injury as a result of defective goods or otherwise. The purchaser hereby indemnifies MRI Overseas Property against any claim for such damage arising from a third party.
The above are outside of the control of MRI Overseas Property and our contractors and as such do not give right to claim a refund, compensation of any kind or to cancel the purchase as once an order has been added to our contractors order and production list it cannot be cancelled.

Any action that is taken to damage our business or reputation or any attempt to reclaim any part of any monies or funds paid towards furniture or any associated services will be deemed a breach of contract; in such an event we reserve the right to cancel forthwith said contract and retain any monies paid as liquidated damages.

MRI Overseas Property may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
