My partner and I wanted to take five minutes to write to regarding Richard. We came out on an Inspection trip with your company on 18th February and Richard was the Sales Executive assigned to us. We cannot praise him highly enough. Richard was informative, friendly, professional and very accommodating. We did not feel rushed or pressurised and we able to make our own decisions and ask as many questions as we wanted (and believe me there were many) without feeling stupid or that we were bothering him. We would definitely recommend him to any of our friends or family who were interested in buying in Spain and for us that is high praise indeed.
We wanted to let both of you know that we felt that Richard is a valuable asset to your company as I'm sure many of your other staff as well. However I am an NVQ Assessor for Customer service and if Richard was one of my candidates the word competent would not be sufficient to describe his skills, outstanding might just about do.

I am writing to let you know how impressed I was at the professionalism of two of your staff who I met today in the king’s hall in Belfast. namely Peter Burleigh and Anne Bertrand. They were really helpful when my husband and I went along to find out about French property with a view to buying. I felt they were very enthusiastic and really wanted to give us the best advice possible. They even when arranging the trip to view suggested that we don’t visit on a Sunday as everything would be closed. Lots of people in sales would not worry about things like this they would merely be interested in meeting targets. I really felt special and almost like a family member to them. I just felt I had to email my comments as I was really impressed.

VISIT TO S.MARTINHO DO PORTO – PORTUGAL
Following a visit to one of your exhibitions in The Crown in Cricklewood, London earlier this year my wife and I subsequently had the pleasure of visiting your development at the above resort. We have been to numerous exhibitions but this was the first time we had really been engaged in a meaningful discussion with any salespeople. I suggest the reasons for this were twofold, firstly it was a smaller and therefore friendlier environment and secondly your staff working that day were approachable and helpful without being overbearing.
Although at this time we have not decided to purchase at this location we wanted to say a big thank you to your staff in Lisbon, Portugal. We were very impressed with their professionalism and general helpfulness.
Our outbound flight was delayed a little so your representative had quite a wait for us to arrive. We were met by Ricardo Estanispau a particularly personable young man who gave us a good first impression of your operation in Portugal and looked after us extremely well throughout our stay.
We were treated exceptionally well and our numerous questions were answered promptly and efficiently. I must admit I personally was a little apprehensive expecting what I term “The timeshare approach” or lock you up until you agree. I had been reassured however prior to this trip by a work colleague of my wife, who had previously bought two properties through MRI and had thoroughly recommended your company.
My wife and I are not typical buyers of overseas property. We are in a slightly different position to most in as much as we are looking at these both in terms of investment and also as a potential permanent home. Equally we do not require a mortgage to proceed, however we would need to sell at least one of our properties in the UK first. There was a slight dilemma as my wife has lived in Italy therefore making Italy a strong contender for us to find a home. Your development in Portugal was tempting but as we had never visited Portugal before we could not make a decision based on one visit.
We explained the above to Ricardo and his manager David Rowat who listened carefully and both acted in the most appropriate professional manner. Ricardo had been tenacious about buying in Portugal throughout the visit but at no point overwhelming. I would like to take this opportunity to extol the virtues of this young man. He is a credit to MRI and given the opportunity we are sure that he has the potential to go far within the company and a major asset to you. Ricardo is an extremely knowledgeable young man and passionate about his country and the potential for investors. His command of English is excellent, knowledge of his country and knowledge of MRI investments and financial issues invaluable. He was extremely calm well presented and professional at all times. This young man deserves recognition within MRI.

Just dropping you a note to feed back on our Morocco visit. Every thing went very well: the transport arrangements (Reggie collected us at Málaga), accommodation and viewings. The team in Marina Smir did a great job (Thibaut and Guillaume). And of course… we did buy. A budget of some €150,000 was blown apart by buying a front-line apartment at over €300,000. Still, it ticked all the boxes and we had to move fast to secure it. Finally, I would like to thank you, for all your help during the start of our Morocco adventure.

Following our return from a successful trip to the beautiful island of Cyprus to buy a property, I felt I really must write to compliment your staff, In particular Chrisakis Shattaoulas (Chris) for his friendly, helpful, professional and flexible approach, despite our rather ambiguous requirements.
As you may be aware we were not desperately impressed with the service we had received from MRI Overseas Property before we arrived on Cyprus, but firstly Lisa, who collected us from the airport, and then Chris, who showed us around, quickly changed our perception. He above all else made the decision of which partner we should choose in buying our overseas property so much easier.
Now we are not naive enough to think that Chris was driving us around for the fun of it, but at no time did we feel pressured. His local knowledge was indispensable and his willingness to drive us anywhere we wanted to go (even after we had bought a property) was very welcome.
In short he made our visit to Cyprus not only successful from a property point of view but pleasurable for a personal point of view. We now look forward with confidence to our new apartment.

I would just like to express my thanks to your company and specifically Mr Henrik Nielsen for enabling us to literally make our dream of living in the Caribbean come true. We were greeted at the airport by this larger-than-life man with the biggest smile and a quote: “Welcome to the Caribbean my friends”! I think he went above and beyond duty with us. Maybe he does this with all his clients in which case I would feel jealous. And I’m sure he can't have been used to a three-year-old child and a troublesome one at that coming along for the ride, but he was so good with him keeping him entertained and so on, even spending some of his spare time with us all showing us the good spots to go as we will be living there ourselves.
We can't wait to get over there, and one of the reasons is because we know we will have him as a neighbour. We feel so privileged to have met this gentleman and feel totally confident in the investment that he advised us on and pulled off for us that we can't put into words how grateful we are. We would also like to say what a fantastic person Sarah Goodwin is. Her telephone manner is exceptional and it wasn’t the easiest of trips to arrange for us being from Ireland but everything was perfect and she was very good in her follow-up calls to check everything was going to plan ... So a big, big thank you and may your company grow from strength to strength in the future, it deserves it – 100 out of 10!

…I would like to commend Sandra Makwana for her patience and thorough professionalism in picking me up and dropping me off, at various different points on my agenda. I was late on the crossing from Ceuta to Algeciras, although this was due to the earlier boat having a technical problem. Sandra was unphased by the timing, even though I knew she had a training class later that same day. I am very impressed with the after-sales team and Sandra whom I met earlier in the year in Morocco: she was very professional there and also in her communication and driving skills. My Spanish is very rusty and Sandra made light work of any communication I had to make especially with the Miramar Hotel in Marbella … Please extend my thanks to Sandra.
